Bon déjà pour expliquer le Move de la liquidité Galeon / BUSD vers Galeon / BNB : Pendant toute la chute du marché crypto on s'est adossé à un stablecoin (BUSD) avec une grosse liquidité, ça a permis d'encaisser les coups, la seule pression vers le bas été les gens qui vendaient pour diverses raisons qui leurs sont propre (besoin de liquidité, peur, impatience etc...) . Comme vous l'avez vu, une fois que le marché a touché le fond (à priori, peut-être que ça pourra continuer encore). On a mis une paire de GALEON / ETH sur Ether, comme il y a pas encore de bridge, cette paire fait sa petite vie de son côté sans vraiment de vendeurs car les seuls qui peuvent vendre là bas son ceux qui l'ont acheté là bas (ou Galeon mais on vend pas de token en bear donc pas de risque de ce côté là). Comme Galeon est adossé à l'Ether sur la blockchain ether sa valeur a monté avec la montée de l'ether. On voulait faire le même mouvement sur BSC mais on avait la liquidité bloquée pendant 1 an donc il fallait attendre la fin de blocage de la liquidité, ce qui est arrivé en début de semaine. Maintenant que la liquidité est débloquée et qu'on estime que le marché est bien descendu (ça peut encore refaire une descente mais on est pas loin du plus bas) on a transformé notre grosse liquidité en BUSD vers du BNB, ça a l'avantage (et l'inconvéniant) de rendre le GALEON plus volatile (à la hausse comme à la baisse). Si le BNB / ETHER vont monter, mécaniquement la valeur du GALEON va monter, s'ils diminuent ça va jouer dessus aussi. (c'est pour ça que beaucoup de crypto montent et descendent avec le bitcoin car elles sont adossées au bitcoin). Plus on va déployer Galeon sur des échanges centralisés, plus ces mouvements vont s'équilibrer par les "market maker", des gens qui gagnent de l'argent en équilibrant les marchés s'il y a des bridge (exemple acheter du galeon sur BNB pour l'envoyer sur Ether et le revendre là bas)

Hi Galeon's Tribe Ω Here's some news from the team! 🧳 Recruitment: We've hired Simon, who some of you may have seen during the ICO (especially on the support team that was on fire 🔥) as an Infrastructure Architect. He'll help us scale and maintain the network and hospital infrastructure security so we can accommodate hundreds, even thousands of users! We've hired Valérie, our new Sales Director, to boost this area and bring in lots of new clients! Loïc and I used to handle this part, but with our growth and workload across all branches of Galeon, we need to delegate to move faster! Marketing recruitment has been launched for an Event Manager and Traffic Manager position. We've received a lot of applications! We still have a few final appointments with candidates, but we've spotted some very good profiles. 🏥 Deployment: Our big focus for March is the deployment of the Caen University Hospital! It's very important because other potential clients are waiting to see how it goes before jumping into the adventure with Galeon. Needless to say, we can't afford to make mistakes, which is why the entire team has been dedicated to this deployment for a few weeks now. In early March, we also deployed the Bergerac Hospital, and everything went great! We even managed (thanks to Nico, our product owner) to conduct two interviews, one with the CTO of the Hospital and one with a user midwife (coming soon™️)! We'll follow up in April with another deployment, that of the Nord Essonne Hospital Group, for the Hospitalization part (big module!). 📣 Marketing: Next week, we'll be at the Paris Blockchain Week with @ATHCOM08, our Marketing Manager, Erwan, our Cyberpharmacist, Aurélien, our Launchpad Director, @Dr_Loic_Brotons, our Doc and CEO, and myself! On travaille avec TechMed sur toute la partie avant-vente et formation. Ils ont plusieurs commerciaux qui sillonent la France, et peuvent savoir quels hôpitaux ont pour projet d'avoir de nouveaux logiciels. On vient aussi de trouver notre Directrice Sales, ce qui va nous permettre de booster encore plus les sales pour arriver à décrocher un hôpital qui nous prendra le dossier patient informatisé en entier et surtout, un peu en avance (car nous sommes toujours en train de développer d'autres modules). La phase de vente est assez longue, généralement on met 1 an entre le premier RDV et la signature, c'est d'ailleurs pourquoi nous avons recruter une Directrice Sales, pour réduire se temps jusqu'à la signature. Ce qu'il faut savoir, c'est qu'on a un objectif important sur le CHU de Caen, on doit bien réussir ce déploiement (qui arrivera en Avril normalement), car beaucoup d'autres hôpitaux attendent de voir comment ça va se passer pour se décider ! Enfin, pour les nouveaux hôpitaux, on est pas sur des chiffres constants par mois, on peut signer 3-4 hôpitaux d'un coup (car même GHT) sur un mois. On est toujours confiant quant à notre objectif de 25-30 hôpitaux signés d'ici la fin de l'année. A savoir : Actuellement, on vend le module pôle mère-enfant, mais on peut signer aussi un DPI entier en avance de phase, et là, c'est pas le même niveau pour le buyback & burn 😉

Hello Galeon's Tribe ! For now, we are working a lot in a hidden way, we are working well on the product, on the sales (we have quite a lot of prospect in the pipe, we are waiting for final answers for some projects), we are also recruiting on the marketing side, to be able to cover more elements (traffic management, events management, because we are going to have quite a lot this year and the next ones too). We are moving forward on all the projects at the same time, while continuing to communicate, even in the bearmarket. As we said at the last AMA, this year is the preparation for the next bullrun, we are accelerating, we are putting everything in place on the product side, marketing, sales, infra etc. to be able to deploy a maximum of French and international hospitals, to make partnerships, to communicate and to make Galeon known all over the world! Regarding the next staking programs, we had some very nice ideas, as you know, the APR will be more realistic for a very long term program, but we will add some elements that many people should appreciate 🙂 Have a great week Tribe!
